Andreina Febres-Cordero
Andreina grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and is the youngest of 4 sisters. She came to the States for a few months to learn English in 1999 and fell in love with the Bay Area. She’s the mother of two boys, Javier & Carlos. Her husband, Rafael, is always encouraging her to follow her dreams so she actually LOVES her jobs.
Andreina’s mother battled cancer & passed away in 2009. Since then, this experience woke up a need in her to support women dealing with cancer, so she co-founded a non-profit organization, Dancing Saved My Life. With their community’s support, they organize local events & fundraisers to raise enough money to host two local retreats at Commonweal in Bolinas, Ca, to offer wellness retreats to women dealing with cancer.
