Our Story

Pause was created by a group of women from diverse backgrounds — health, wellness, finance, career, community, and culture — each with years of experience in our respective fields.

We came together around a shared belief: midlife deserves more than productivity tips and anti-aging advice. It deserves thoughtful exploration, honest conversation, and the space to grapple with questions that don't have neat answers.
