Pause was created by a group of women from diverse backgrounds — health, wellness, finance, career, community, and culture — each with years of experience in our respective fields. We came together around a shared belief: that this phase of life deserves thoughtful, trusted guidance that reflects the whole woman, not just her hormones.

What we couldn’t find for ourselves was a truly integrated approach. So we joined forces to create it.
